ABOUT THE PROJECT
ART THROUGH THE BODY
The human form and its shapes served as the inspiration for designing the space. Viewing the human body as a medium of communication and tattooing as a tool for individual expression guided the creation of this project.

A FLUID SPACE
WITH AN EYE ON MOVEMENT
Focusing on movement, we embraced the body’s organic, irregular, and asymmetrical curves. Similarly, like ink flowing on skin, the movement and fluidity influenced the spatial morphology, immersing visitors in a sensory journey as they navigate through the space.
We selected durable, resilient materials that reflect the industrial identity inherent in the tattooing process. Materials like metal sheets and microcement were chosen for their longevity and timelessness, appearing throughout the space in various applications. These materials shape different areas, including a MARKET section, a COFFEE CORNER, artist design stations, a WAITING AREA with nods to the 1970s, and individual workstations.
